Aviation software developer Altitude Angel has taken space at The Blade in Reading in a deal agreed by Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).
The new occupier has taken 2,600 sq ft in the building in Abbey Square.
LSH surveyor Rachel Wilkinson, said: “It is fantastic to complete on the first deal done in Reading town centre this year and also to welcome Altitude Angel to The Blade.
“Altitude Angel is an exciting company to add to our already diverse mix of tenants. We wish them every success with this move.”
Altitude Angel chief executive Richard Parker said: “As our business continues to grow and expand, we wanted our UK headquarters to reflect our size and ambition.
“The Blade, as one of the most distinctive buildings in the South East of England, was a perfect fit for Altitude Angel and we’re very much looking forward to making The Blade our home.”
