London & County has reported it has completed four lettings at a building called Unity at Watchmoor Park at Camberley.
New occupiers Hanes Brands and Data Techniques have taken 3,627 sq ft and 3,517 sq ft respectively. In addition, Britax Childcare Group has moved within the building to 3,517 sq ft while Alliance One has done the same, taking 2,100 sq ft on the first floor. All the deals took place since the beginning of the year.
Just one suite of 1,700 sq ft remains.
Simon Blair, principal at London & County, said: “Despite the current economic uncertainty, these lettings are a testament to the quality of office space provided at Unity and demonstrate a continued occupational demand for business park offices with open space and a high level of on-site car parking.”
Letting agents for London & County are Hanover Green and Hurst Warne. Data Techniques were advised by Clare & Co whilst Hurst Warne acted for Hanes Brands.
