Marketing agency Purple has taken 10,400 sq ft at Eni House in Basing View.
The furnished ‘plug and play’ space is on the fourth floor of the building and was let on a five-year lease. The firm is moving 130 staff from Lilly House in Basingstoke.
The letting is one of a number at the council-owned business park. Others include ITEC which has taken co-working space at the DeskLodge and This is Us, which has taken space at Belvedere House.
Refurbishment of Building 1100 has begun and is expected to be complete by July and plans for a further 40,000 sq ft building have detailed consent.
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council’s cabinet member for economic development Cllr Hannah Golding said: “As companies start to plan their return to the workplace, Basing View is poised to meet changing office requirements.
“From London-based businesses seeking satellite offices to companies wanting statement stand alone buildings, self-contained floors or affordable serviced and flexible space – we have something to suit everyone.”
