Leading councillors, major developers and key commercial agents are among the line-up of speakers and panellists for our first Thames Valley event in more than two years.

TvPropFest on October 7 at Green Park will also give guests a chance to hear from Alison Webster, chief executive of Thames Valley Berkshire LEP, who took up her role the day before lockdown began in March 2020.

The event, themed as TvGoesLive, will be opened with a keynote speech by Reading Borough Council’s transport and planning boss and deputy leader, Cllr Tony Page.

Also addressing delegates will be Cllr Andrew Johnson, leader of the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead and a host of major names in the Thames Valley property world including Rob Tincknell, partner of Areli Real Estate, developer of the Nicholson Quarter in Maidenhead; Jo Jackson, the new Thames Valley director for SEGRO; Andy Jansons, managing director of Jansons Property and Elkie Russell, development director for Berkeley Homes Chiltern.

Sarah Isherwood, associate with Vail Williams, and Henry Harrison, partner at Cushman & Wakefield, will bring agency perspectives and Rory Carson, vice president of Green Park owner Mapletree, and Kim Cohen, planning director of Barton Willmore, will be part of the line up along with Helen Jones, asset development manager for Bracknell Forest Council.

After three sessions of talks and panel discussions, followed by lunch, delegates can take part in a choice of two walks, one around the new Green Park Station and Green Park Village and one around the new 400 Longwater Avenue building.

UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle, who will present the event, said: “Our last major Thames Valley event was TvPropFest in September 2019 so to be back is great. And to be back with such a strong line-up is the best way to do it.

“No doubt for many people, this will be their first chance to get back to networking and we have also brought together a remarkable line up of speakers to try to tempt people back from the digital world to the real world.”

Subjects covered in the three sessions include The Work Revolution, The Industrial Mile and a Market Overview. Further names from the occupier market are being invited and an exhibition will be running during the break-out session.

Note: Rob Tincknell is to be confirmed but he will send his  development director in the event he is unable to attend.
