Albion Land has submitted plans for the third and final phase of its Axis J9 industrial scheme at Bicester.

The developer’s plans for 11 more units, to add to the 14 already complete or near completion in the first two phases at the park in Middleton Stoney Road, have been submitted to Cherwell District Council.

Albion Land is targeting dynamic small businesses and mid-sized and expanding companies looking for space to grow to try to widen the mix of manufacturing, technology and logistics occupiers.

Director Simon Parsons, said: “We’re investing in Axis J9 to create jobs, great quality commercial space and a vibrant commercial culture that benefits Bicester businesses.

“In our third and final phase of development, we very much want to provide units for smaller companies that are seeking to grow.

“Demand outstripped supply for this type of space in phase one so this is a great opportunity to ensure phase three matches with what the market needs and, most importantly, with what Bicester businesses require to succeed and thrive.”

All the buildings at Axis J9 are zero carbon.
