Former Savills director Robert Godfrey is to return to the firm in a new role offering investment advice across the Oxford to Cambridge region.
Mr Godfrey who was at Savills for 11 years until 2014, has been head of property at Oxford University Endowment Management Limited (OUem) since then.
In his new role he will provide Savills’ existing and new client base with strategic advice while also working with Savills Investment Management LLP on client servicing and ESG initiatives.
Savills managing director Richard Rees said: “We are really pleased to welcome back Robert whose excellent understanding of sectors and our organisation will enable him to collaborate effectively with our evolving working groups across life science, education and great estates, together with our residential and rural businesses, to service our clients strategically and maximise the significant ESG consultancy service advice we can offer through Savills Earth.”
Mr Godfrey said: “I am delighted to be returning to Savills who are continuously innovating and broadening the services they offer. Savills has seen success across its working groups and the creation of its exciting Savills Earth initiative.
