A 40,000 sq ft industrial building has been approved at Buckingham Industrial Estate.
Buckinghamshire Council has approved the £7.5 million Cygnet 40 building proposed by Deeley Group and work is likely to start in June with completion next Spring. The building is now on the market to let with White Commercial.
The Coventry-based developer previously developed 70,000 sq ft of industrial units at Kites Park in Princes Risborough and built Swan Business Centre and Angelvale nearby in Buckingham and worked with Ziran Land on Cygnet 40.
Andrew Brazier, development consultant for the Deeley Group, said: “We are pleased that this important development, which will create vital new jobs in Buckingham, has been approved.
“The 40,000 sq ft unit will be an excellent addition to the manufacturing and logistics industry in Buckinghamshire. Buckingham Industrial Estate is well established and ideally situated for the businesses operating in these sectors. We are currently in discussions with a number of potential occupiers.
“Deeley Group has a proud history of delivering developments in Buckinghamshire and we are delighted to be returning to the town with our third development.
“We look forward to our team starting on site and beginning work on this key employment opportunity in Buckingham.”
