Campbell Gordon has appointed Lewis Holmes as a senior surveyor.
Lewis, who worked for six years at Cushman & Wakefield specialising in South East offices, will work in the agency team across the Campbell Gordon’s diversified agency portfolio where he will be responsible for disposal instructions and occupier representation
He said: “Joining a well-established team within the Thames Valley was key, and the move to Campbell Gordon gives me the opportunity to work within an exciting market across a breadth of varied instructions.
“My role will allow me to utilise my knowledge, experience and network to help build upon what the team have been doing successfully over a number of years.”

Having specialised in occupier representation in recent years, his understanding of occupiers’ needs in today’s working environment is extensive, which is crucial for landlords to key into in this still highly competitive environment.”

“Lewis has valuable experience in the South East market and his appointment strengthens our presence in the Thames Valley market at a time where we are seeing evidence of increased demand.”
