Hammersmith and Fulham (H&F) Planning Committee has formally objected to the planned development submitted by the Old Oak Planning and Development Committee (OPDC) at 93-97a Scrubs Lane on the ground there is insufficient affordable housing.

OPDC received a planning application for the redevelopment of 93-97A Scrubs Lane, NW10 6QU, known as ‘North Kensington Gate North’. The application is for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of 63 residential units with 129sqm of commercial space on the ground floor. The development is proposed in two adjoining buildings of 5 and 13 storeys.

The site is situated in Hammersmith but the OPDC are the planning authority.
