Cribbs has confirmed that Joe & The Juice will join the lineup at the South West retail and leisure destination.
The Danish coffee chain has signed a ten-year lease, occupying an 1,800 sq ft unit at Cribbs Mall.
The upcoming arrival of Joe & The Juice follows a wave of new lettings, including Wingstop, Pizza Express, and Honest Burgers as Cribbs
Katie Searle, asset management director at Sovereign Centros by CBRE, said: “The addition of Joe & The Juice, and Costa upsize, highlights how we are leading the way in the South West by continuing to innovate our F&B offering by attracting and retaining successful international F&B operators.
“Joe & The Juice is also a favourite amongst younger audiences so perfectly caters for our thriving Gen Z customer base which grew by 13% last year.
“Its arrival follows the recent openings of Honest Burgers and Pizza Express who are already performing exceptionally well – and we look forward to the upcoming launch of Wingstop at Cribbs Venue later this year.
“The addition of these thriving F&B brands highlights the demand we continue to see from leading operators eager to take advantage of our position as the South West’s premier all-day destination.”
Time Retail Partners and Cushman & Wakefield are retained letting agents for the centre, with Green & Partners retained in the leasing advisory role.
