Office Space in Town makes three major promotions

Office Space in Town (OSiT), a leading London flexible office provider, has promoted three team members into senior operations roles across its capital portfolio.

The changes come shortly after the company secured a major £129 million refinancing agreement to support four of its Zone 1 London buildings.

Roy Jones has been appointed senior general manager, taking overall responsibility for OSiT’s Blackfriars and Waterloo centres. With more than 27 years in flexible workspace, including over a decade at OSiT, he has previously led three London sites, most recently Blackfriars. Antoinette Byfield and Holly Cole have both been promoted to centre managers at Waterloo and Blackfriars respectively, with responsibilities spanning staff, facilities, invoicing, procurement, supplier management and client meetings.

Byfield has worked in the sector since 2008 and joined OSiT nearly 13 years ago, while Cole has been with the business for more than eight years, having started by running The Deck at OSiT Monument. OSiT said the promotions reflect its focus on developing talent internally and maintaining its hospitality-led service culture.

Founded in 2009, OSiT now operates five London workspaces and one in Cardiff, and is seeking an investment partner to expand its owner-operator model further across Zone 1.
