Gemma Gibson has rejoined Leaders Romans Group (LRG) after five years working for Mortgage Required as a new business co-ordinator.
Gemma, who was sales manager for Romans in Maidenhead from 2010-2019, has a new role in which she works for LRG’s shared ownership division SOWN as shared ownership resales manager, also based in Maidenhead. She works on behalf of housing providers, and those who have bought shared ownership properties and are looking to sell.
Peter Hawley, director of SOWN, said: “Just as the shared ownership market is growing exponentially, so is our resales team. It’s an exciting time both for the shared ownership market generally and for our growing team. Gemma’s background provides her with the ideal skillset and she has already made a fantastic start in the role.”
