Savills has brought to market a central site in the village of Bottesford.
The 0.26-acre site at 1 – 3 Market Street, a collection of buildings including a restaurant with a three-bedroom flat above, a separate four-bedroom house, car park, seating terrace and outbuildings, is for sale for £1.25 million.
Paul’s Restaurant is still operating from the site but the property will be offered on a vacant basis.
The A52, A46 and A1 all within close proximity to the site.
Victor Ktori in Savills’ commercial agency team in Nottingham, said: “This is an exciting opportunity to acquire a popular restaurant property in a prime location within Bottesford. The property has development potential and so we expect a range of interest from owner occupiers to potential developers.”
