Lioncourt Strategic Land has submitted plans for up to 115 homes in the village of North Leigh, Oxfordshire.
The outline application to West Oxfordshire District Council seeks to develop a 7.99-hectare agricultural site west of Common Road and the A4095 for the homes, 40 per cent of which will be affordable and five per cent self-build.
The site is 3km to the north-east of Witney.
The application proposes vehicular access into the site via the south-eastern boundary of the site, off Common Road.
The team on the project includes Savills on planning, Paul Basham Associates on transport and LDA Design on architecture and landscape architecture.
