Reading Real Estate Network (RREN) took the property community on a tour of the new ONE Station Hill offices on June 11 and Thames Tap was among the guests.
Groups were taken around the 285,000 sq ft best-in-class building, starting with reception on the ground floor, the gym, cycle storage and changing areas on the lower ground floor, the NewFlex co-working areas, meeting rooms and cafe on the first and second floors, before heading towards the top.
There they saw two of the vacant floors including floor 15 with its rare five-metre-plus floor-to ceiling height. Tours finished with networking at the bar and lounge at the top of the building – both inside and on the roof terrace.
Guests learned the building is almost 80 per cent let or under offer.
