Barratt Homes has opened its doors to two brand new show homes at its Ceres Rise development in Swaffham.

The development, situated on Norwich Road, will be comprised of three- and four-bedroom houses, aimed primarily at first time buyers and families.

The show homes include one three-bedroom (known as ‘Matlock’) and one four-bedroom (known as ‘Alnmouth’) house, aiming to show potential buyers what the development will be like once finished. The houses can also be used by potential purchases for interior design inspiration.

Will Phair, sales director at Barratt Homes Cambridgeshire said “We are delighted to announce that the show homes at our Ceres Rise development are now ready to visit.

These not only provide buyers with a first look at our new homes, but they provide inspiration for many customers who come back to seek out ideas for decorating their own blank canvases. We have already received a high level of interest for the site, so I would advise anyone who does want to secure their dream home to book an appointment quickly to view the new show homes and find out more about what’s on offer.”

The development was named after the Roman Goddess of the Harvest, whose statue is in Swaffham, which has great transport links and local amenities.

As part of the S106 agreement, more than £600,000 will be invested into the town, helping improve local infrastructure, transport and sports facilities.
