Haslams Estate Agent has launched an additional sales hub for its new homes division.
The Reading-based agent and Thames Tap partner is currently selling new homes throughout the area for CALA Homes, Hicks, Bellway, and Crest Nicholson. A number of new sites are in the pipeline, both in the immediate area as well as in Bracknell, Maidenhead, and Slough.
Now Haslams has set up the Wokingham Regional Hub, based in Crowthorne, to provide services further along the M4 corridor. It will be headed by Abby Malton who has joined as new homes regional sales manager.
Chief operating officer Mike Shearn said: “Our clients want to use our services further afield than our Greater Reading heartland and so that’s what’s driving our strategy.
“We are the market leaders for new homes sales and we are known for our innovation and high service levels.
“Abby has superb knowledge of both new homes and this new region in particular, so she was the perfect candidate for us and she will become a hugely valuable member of the team.”
