Earls Court Development Company (ECDC) has won approval for its first development of 51 homes and commercial space at Brompton Road.
ECDC, a joint venture between Delancey and Transport for London, spans the Hammersmith and Fulham area and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The 10-hectare Brompton Road site has not progressed since the demolition of the old exhibition centre in 2015.
Hawkins\Brown and Studio Egret West have now succeeded Farrells as masterplanners and architect for the scheme is Pilbrow & Partners A dedicated website for the project is being built.
