Argent Related has launched London’s new £7 billion Brent Cross Town, the capital’s most significant urban regeneration project by a single developer, providing 6,700 new homes, a new high street, workspace for over 25,000 people and 50 acres of parks and playing fields.

Argent Related is launching the first, highly anticipated homes at Brent Cross Town, London’s new 180-acre, £7 billion park town. Overlooking five acres of open green space, The Ashbee and The Delamarre will offer 277 new homes featuring timeless design and superior quality. Savills is the UK and international sales agent for Brent Cross Town.

The master plan for Brent Cross Town was developed by Allies & Morrison, the award-winning architectural practice that also shaped King’s Cross.

Brent Cross Town is a 15-minute town with facilities and amenities residents need for daily life available within walking distance. All of which will benefit from a new high street, bringing together well-known and independent shops, cafes and restaurants, complemented by exceptional indoor and outdoor sports and wellness facilities. The new £7 billion neighbourhood will have eight new public squares, wide pedestrian boulevards and landscaped parks.

Brent Cross Town has also partnered with Vattenfall, the Swedish Government-owned power company, to build a state-of-the-art district heat network to deliver affordable, reliable, low-carbon heating and hot water to all Brent Cross Town residents. The district heat network removes the need for individual boilers in each home and ensures heating and hot water is always available.

The first phase of the Brent Cross Town development will include Claremont Park and a new parade of local shops, both set to open in Spring 2022. Construction is also underway on the new Brent Cross West station, with construction set to be completed by December 2022.
