Three appointments have been made at Buckinghamshire-based Arrow Planning.

Hannah Leary has joined as planning director while graduate Lorna Bowler has joined the team and Tom Cumberland has signed up for a year-long placement.

Hannah (pictured second from left in team photo) has more than 20 years’ experience advising on large-scale, complex development schemes, most recently as director at Stantec.

Initially a land buyer for a major housebuilder, she has worked on projects across residential, commercial, leisure and mixed-use sectors including acting as lead planning consultant on major mixed-use sites, delivering planning strategies, managing stakeholder relationships and representation at public inquiries.

Lorna (pictured third from left), a recent Real Estate Management graduate from Kingston University, has had  internships at Savills and prior experience as a Summer intern at Arrow.

Tom (pictured third from right), currently studying Environmental Economics at the University of York, has a strong interest in environmental planning.

Mark Schmull (pictured far right), founder and managing director of Arrow Planning, said: “We’re delighted to have Hannah on board. She brings heavyweight experience and a sharp understanding of what clients need from their planning team.

“With Lorna and Tom also joining, we’re building the next generation of planning talent too. It’s a strong signal of where Arrow is heading.”
