AMRO developments have received planning permission May 2020 for the Wyvern, a high-quality Art-Deco build to rent development on the site of the old Tesco petrol station in Perivale. Situated alongside the iconic Hoover Building the new development will contain 280 apartments over 16 storeys, including affordable housing agreed with Ealing Council.
Located near to the Central Line, Crossrail and the A40, the site will have excellent transport links both into and out of London. The building will also have dedicated bicycle parking, superfast wi-fi and a 24/7 concierge. The development is expected to be completed in 2021.
