Units at Aver Property Partnership’s 200,000 sq ft, Axis J9 in Bicester will be available in September.

The partnership, a joint venture between Ergo Real Estate and NFU Mutual, is currently building the £24 million distribution and manufacturing park, close to Bicester Village.

It has five buildings, ranging in size from 23,000 sq ft to 64,000 sq ft. Up to 1,200 people could be employed there.

Tom Barton, director of VSL, which is marketing the units, said: “Axis J9 is the only speculative development in the A34 corridor and fills a void in the market for new, mid-sized industrial and warehouse units.

“We have received substantial interest in a number of the units prior to completion and look forward to announcing new occupiers very shortly.”

Chris White, managing director of White Commercial Surveyors said: “This is an excellent development along the M40 London to Birmingham corridor which has a severe shortage of modern production and warehousing accommodation of this size.

“We have a good deal of interest from companies regionally and nationally and hope to be announcing our first tenant shortly.”
