Plans have been revealed for 301 homes on Park Farm Way, Wellingborough by Barratt and David Wilson Homes.

Wendel View will be comprised of three, four, and five bedroom houses, hoping to appeal to a range of buyers, from those buying their first home to those wanting a forever home.

The scheme will also create 602 new jobs and invest £5.8 million into the local area, which includes over £3.5 million into education.

41% of the development will be public open space, with Irchester Country Park and Sywell Country Park less than four miles away.

Nearby Wellingborough has a range of shops and amenities, including supermarkets, gyms, shops and restaurants, and a train station with a direct link to London St Pancras. Northampton, Bedford, and Milton Keynes are also all easily accessible by car.

Jason Hearn, sales director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes South Midlands, said “Wellingborough is a thriving market town in Northamptonshire, with good network links all across the country. It is great to be delivering much-needed homes to such a sought-after area. We’re very excited to launch Wendel View this year and we are sure it is going to be a great new community.”
