Two of the 12 commercial units at Blenheim Estate Homes’ Park View development in Woodstock now have occupiers.

The development of highly-sustainable homes, built in heritage styles within the ground of the Blenheim Estate, has welcomed medical aesthetics and skincare specialist business Sula Clinic and crêperie Alex Crêpes.

Angela Hunt, owner and clinical director of Sula Clinic (pictured), said: “My attraction to Park View was the dedicated parking for my patients, easy accessibility from Oxford, the Cotswolds, Swindon and Milton Keynes directions and discreet location.

“I also love the efficiency of the property, aligned with the green ethos of Blenheim Estate and Pye Homes.”

She added: “Many of my patients have commented on how easy Sula Clinic is to find, park and access as well as how calm, quiet and tranquil the clinic feels.”

Elizabeth Foulkes, head of property & development for Blenheim, said: “We’re committed to enhancing our communities and creating long-term developments we can all be proud of, so it’s wonderful to welcome our first two businesses to Park View, building on the great community atmosphere which has already developed here.”

All 12 commercial units at Park View are due for completion in Spring 2026.

Blenheim has further commercial spaces to let in its portfolio, ranging from barns converted into character office spaces to newly constructed units – both within the estate and across Oxfordshire.

Some striking heritage commercial space is available at Blenheim Estate Sawmills between Long Hanborough and Combe, north west of Oxford, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Current availability includes a character office of 1,459 sq ft and a 3,015 sq ft industrial unit. The units have good transport links, parking and close proximity to Long Hanborough train station.

The Sawmills units have LG3 fluorescent lighting, communal CCTV coverage, central heating, a kitchenette and perimeter trunking.

Further unique commercial space is available at Home Park, Bladon, a recently redecorated office development with suites from 4,248 sq ft  to 5,572 sq ft, just off the A409, seven miles north west of Oxford. The park is five miles from Oxford Parkway station.

Features and amenities include ample parking, breakout space, underfloor heating and vaulted ceilings.
