The development in Bridgewater Road increases the number of homes by 49 and the industrial space by 350 square metres compared to the previously consented scheme.

The proposal is for the demolition of the existing buildings and structures and the erection of a ‘co-location’ scheme ranging in height from two to 19 storeys. The proposal incorporates industrial floorspace (2,228 square metres) with residential accommodation (173 homes), associated landscaping, access arrangements, car and cycle parking, servicing and refuse and recycling facilities.

Brent has granted planning permission subject to stage two referral to the GLA, the conditions and informatives as set out in the committee report and supplementary report, and completion of the Section 106 Agreement.
