CBRE Investment Management has launched a consultation on the redevelopment of the U-Shed on the Harbourside.
The firm, which has enlisted Stride Treglown as architects, seeks to redevelop the existing 1990s building into a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ building.
The proposal includes three new commercial and leisure units, totalling approximately 900 sq m and approximately 4,000 sq m office space for up to 1,000 workers.
The scheme seeks to transform the public realm behind the existing U-Shed, and improve the appearance and circulation along the harborside, including by greening the area with new trees and plants.
The public consultation ended on 25 November 2021.
