Developer and investor Dunmoore has signed a pre-let with a software developer for space at newly-refurbished space at The Junction in Uxbridge.

BSR Software is moving its headquarters into 1,400 sq ft on the second floor of the 22,000 sq ft building in Cowley Road. It has signed a four-year lease at a rent of £35 per sq ft.

Chris Brooksbank, investment surveyor at Dunmoore, said: “The letting to BSR reflects the appeal of The Junction to growing modern and creative companies, who are provided with bespoke fit-out, high specification space and the ability to plug in and work on day one.

“The transaction has also supported our business plan to keep investing into our office portfolio, providing best-in-market space, over what has been a turbulent time for the sector.”

Rohin Thind, director for BSR Software said: “Relocating is significant for any business, but we were really confident about our move to Junction and see ourselves here long term. We’re settling in nicely already and look forward to having our clients over to visit very shortly.”

Ongoing refurbishment of the building has now reached the third floor. Units range from 1,000-7,500 sq ft. Letting agents are DTRE and Mark Rose.
