Savills has completed the sale of Cambridge House in Peterborough to Protogreen UK Limited for £2.15 million.

Protogreen plans to refurbish and occupy the building for its recycling business. 

Cambridge House is a self-contained two-storey building providing c.18,000 sq ft of office space, warehouse (c.31,850 sq ft) and chilled store (c.560 sq ft). 

The exterior allows vehicle access along both sides and there are parking spaces along the front and side of the building. 

Cambridge House sits on a site of approximately 2.40 acres (0.98 hectares) located on Oxney Road in Eastern Industry, a commercial area with great access to the A1139 and the A1.

The city centre is two miles away where the railway station provides direct trains to London. 

Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, said: “We are delighted to complete the sale of Cambridge House which is situated in a well-established commercial area of Peterborough.”
