Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has made six promotions from across its Cambridge team. 

In total, the firm promoted 73 people from within its national network of 33 offices. 

Kimberley Brown joined Carter Jonas in 2018 and has ten years’ experience in planning consultancy. 

Brown has helped deliver many residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes, including major city centre redevelopment projects and is promoted to Associate Partner.

Jack Sharpe and Alexander Morter are members of the firm’s rural team. 

Sharpe joined Carter Jonas in 2015 and is promoted to Associate.

With nearly ten years’ experience, he specialises in the valuation of rural farms and estates for secured lending, taxation and matrimonial purposes

Morter joined Carter Jonas in 2017 and is promoted to Senior Surveyor. 

He has a wide range of experience in rural property management, acting within East Anglia on behalf of private and institutional clients. 

Additionally, he has undertaken numerous valuations of both freehold and leasehold rural property.

Stephanie Waddelow in the Residential team is promoted to Associate.

She is based at The Marque, 141 Hills Road, one of Carter Jonas’ two residential offices in Cambridge. 

Working in the lettings team, Waddelow has more than six years of industry experience. 

Also in the residential team, Emilia Edwards and Livia Neal are promoted to Senior Negotiators in recognition of their excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
