National property consultancy Carter Jonas has been instructed by Arora Group to market a portfolio of six Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) sites in and around Heathrow, which are now available to let.
The instruction, led by Carter Jonas’ dedicated IOS team, brings six well-located open storage sites to market for a range of logistics, aviation-related, contractor and operational occupiers
The portfolio provides flexibility across a range of sizes and use cases, from compact self-contained yards suitable for SMEs and contractors, to larger Heathrow-adjacent sites capable of supporting logistics and aviation-related requirements. The available sites range from approximately 0.13 acres to 1.67 acres and include compact self-contained yards, tarmacked and hardstanding surfaces, and larger vacant IOS opportunities.
The two largest sites comprise a prominent Heathrow location of approximately 1.67 acres, with hardstanding surfaces suited to logistics and aviation-related occupiers, and a substantial vacant IOS site of approximately 1.2 acres, offering flexibility for single or multi-occupier use.
Located within one of the UK’s most established industrial and logistics markets, the sites benefit from excellent connectivity to Heathrow, London and the wider motorway network. Their proximity to Heathrow’s cargo terminals and major transport corridors makes them particularly well suited to air-freight operators, 3PLs and time-critical logistics occupiers.
Tyler Smith of Carter Jonas commented: “Well-located IOS sites in the Heathrow area remain highly sought after, and this instruction offers real breadth, from compact self-contained sites to larger open storage opportunities. Sites providing this degree of flexibility in such a well-connected location are incredibly rare, and we look forward to speaking with occupiers about how the space can support their requirements.”
