  • Four two-bedroom apartments
  • Six two-bedroom houses
  • Five three-bedroom houses

Of the 30 private homes there are:

  • Five two-bedroom houses
  • 16 three-bedroom houses
  • Nine four-bedroom houses

Andrew Harvey, land director for Deanfield Homes, said: “We are delighted to have submitted a planning application for Deanfield Lea which will bring modern, energy efficient homes to the popular and well-situated village of Sonning Common.
