A procurement event takes place next month for prospective partners in Reading’s Minster Quarter Central regeneration.

Eddisons is conducting the developer selection tender process for Reading Borough Council for its search for a development partner for the 5.2-acre site, which represents the bulk of the Minster Quarter scheme.

The scheme could include up to 618 homes, a 90-room hotel, co-working and conference space, an outdoor performance area and a link bridge link over the IDR.  The council wants a new gateway between Russell Street and Castle Hill Conservation Area and the residential areas of West Reading.

The event is at 10am on Wednesday, September 14 at The Hexagon Theatre.
