Berkeley has released the final phase of homes at its Spring Hill development in Maidenhead.
The housebuilder says 80 per cent of its first phase has been sold with the first residents set to move in this month.
Berkeley says Spring Hill sets a new benchmark for eco-conscious living in Berkshire.
The mix of three, four and five-bedroom properties includes some up to 2,200 sq ft in size.
Sustainability features include solar panels with modern converters for efficiency, air source heat pumps, underfloor heating and EV chargers.
Tim Foreman, managing director of selling agent Romans New Homes, said:
“Maidenhead is coming into its own as one of the most desirable places to live in the Thames Valley.
“You’ve got the best of both worlds here – beautiful green spaces and riverside walks, fantastic schools, and a real sense of community, all just a short train ride from central London thanks to the Elizabeth Line.
“The ongoing regeneration of the town centre is also a huge draw – we’re seeing stylish new homes, independent restaurants, and vibrant public spaces transforming the area.
“The Waterside Quarter, in particular, has brought a new energy to Maidenhead, making it an increasingly popular spot for young professionals, families and even those downsizing from London. There’s a real buzz about the town now – people can see the potential and they want to be part of it.”
The sales & marketing suite is open daily from 10am to 5pm at the site in Manor Lane. Homes are available from £330,000.
