Pye Homes has announced the first release of apartments at its Church Farm, development in Radley, Oxfordshire.
Consisting of two individual blocks, each containing seven homes, the energy efficient apartments are under a mile from Radley railway station and 2.2 miles from Abingdon. The top floor apartments have solar panels.
A bus service to Abingdon operates less than half a mile away.
Three apartments have been made available in the first release and prices start from £280,000.
The housebuilder has also announced the release of three new family homes for sale at Church Farm; The Portman (three-bedroom semi-detached, £550,000 – see image below), The Palmer (three-bedroom semi-detached, £530,000) and The Hawley (three-bedroom end terrace, £625,000).
Radley, a thriving village, has a number of amenities including a village hall, pub, village shop, several community groups and respected schools including Radley College, which also boasts a sports centre and swimming pool open to the public.
