Plans have been submitted for up to 120 homes in Bloxham in Oxfordshire.

Ainscough Strategic Land has applied to Cherwell District Council for outline consent to demolish a farm building on a 5.48-hectare agricultural site east of Barford Road and develop the land for homes and open space.

The application allows for a 35 per cent proportion of affordable homes (ie, up to 42).

The team on the project includes Turley on planning, Astle Planning & Design on design, The Environmental Dimension Partnership on landscaping and Eddisons on transport.
