The first homes at Hayfield Walk in Hanslope, Bucks have been released.

The first of the 101 luxury homes will offer a greener way of living, thanks to air source heat pumps, energy-efficient underfloor heating, the smartest electric vehicle fast-charging points available and ultra-fast broadband.

Kelly Sharman, sales and marketing director of housebuilder Hayfield, said: “We are very excited about the launch of Hayfield Walk, as it is our first ‘Green Revolution’ scheme, offering future residents a more eco-efficient way of living. In contrast to the highly sophisticated interiors, the architectural detailing for the 101 homes will be traditional, to maximise kerb appeal and reflect the style of homes in this peaceful village.”

Hayfield states:

“Accessed off Castlethorpe Road, Milton Keynes, a range of three and four-bedroom family homes are included in the first release.

“Two-bedroom bungalows and five-bedroom executive homes will be included in future releases.

“The spacious development will also incorporate landscaped public open space, public footpaths and a children’s play area. It is within easy walking distance of the range of amenities within Hanslope’s historic village centre and the Ofsted Outstanding-rated Primary School.

“Off-plan sales will be taken from a dedicated sales lounge that has been created at Hayfield Place in Silsoe, Bedfordshire, which is 12 miles away. A large interactive model of the new scheme and touchscreen will enable interested parties to take a closer look at the site layout and various house designs. Prices for the first release range from £410,000 to £650,000.

“Each Hayfield Walk kitchen will feature a range of built-in Bosch appliances, with larger homes enjoying impressive bi-fold doors leading out to the private garden.

“Each dedicated study or smallest bedroom will feature improved sound performance construction to create the ideal work from home environment. Fitted Hammonds wardrobes will be installed into the principal bedrooms of all four and five-bedroom homes.

“Other features include ROCA/Laufen bathrooms, Minoli ceramic tiles, heritage bronze ironmongery, Farrow & Ball paint and Ring doorbells.

“Hayfield Walk is less than half a mile from Hanslope village centre and well-served by bus stops providing regular services to the neighbouring villages, Milton Keynes – located seven miles away, and Northampton – located 10 miles away.

“This part of Buckinghamshire is very popular with people moving out of the South East to enjoy a more rural lifestyle. Luxury homes in the village command premium prices due to the excellent schooling, easy access to the great outdoors and the close proximity of the train stations in Wolverton and Milton Keynes, which provide direct regular services to London Euston.

“Hayfield is creating a new access road and footpaths to adoptable standards from Castlethorpe Road, and the development has been designed to seamlessly assimilate into the surrounding environment. The family houses and bungalows are being constructed with a high degree of consideration to the local vernacular, with features including brick detailing, traditional porches and quoining.

“The Hayfield Walk show home is open seven days a week from 10am – 5pm. Call  0800 161 5488 or visit www.hayfieldhomes.co.uk.
