Carter Jonas has made four promotions and two new appointments at its Oxford office.

Ross Kent has been promoted to partner, and Dan Humphry, Natasha Eliot, and Oliver Neagle to associate level.

Additionally, Jack Kibblewhite and Edward Walter have joined the firm as graduate surveyors. All the moves are at the Mayfield House base in Summertown.

Mr Kent, a member of the rural team, joined Carter Jonas’s Northampton office in 2008, moving to Oxford in 2013.  Mr Humphry joined as a commercial graduate four years ago, qualified as a surveyor in 2018 and now works in the firm’s consultancy and strategy department.

Ms Eliot and Mr Neagle have both been part of the planning & development team since 2018. Ms Eliot provides development appraisal and disposal advice while Mr Neagle advises on development opportunities and strategy.

Jack Kibblewhite and Edward Walter join the commercial and rural teams respectively, as graduates on Carter Jonas’s training programme.

Steven Sensecall, partner and head of Carter Jonas Oxford, said: “Our business remains focused on helping clients to meet or exceed their objectives.

“Our ability to do this is dependent on investment in our teams and the development of our people. As such, it is a pleasure to announce these promotions – including that of Ross to a partner – whilst also welcoming Jack and Edward as the newest members of our office.

“We have a great team, and I feel fortunate to be able to celebrate their efforts.

“Over the past few months, everyone has pulled together and worked hard to remain resilient and effective across the diverse range of sectors in which we operate.”
