Plans have been submitted for up to 50 homes at Newton Longville near Milton Keynes in Bucks.
Gladman has applied to Buckinghamshire Council for outline planning permission to develop a 2.5-hectare site off Drayton Road.
The submission follows the refusal by the former Aylesbury Vale District Council for 58 homes on the site in February 2020.
The new plan seeks to address the reasons for that refusal. It will have a 25 per cent proportion of affordable homes, 1.13 hectares of formal and informal open space, including a children’s play area and recreational walking routes, and new access off Drayton Road.
