Hadley Property Group, a London-based regeneration specialist, is consulting on the plans for the former GSK headquarters at 980 Great West Road, Brentford.

Early engagement has already occurred, and more sessions are planned in the coming months. The engagement will seek to inform the proposals put forward.

The site extends to 13.4 acres (5.42 hectares) and is relatively flat. The western boundary is the River Brent, while to the north, it adjoins Boston Manor Park. The eastern boundary is Boston Manor Rd, while the Great West Road forms the southern boundary.

The developers seek “a vibrant new destination that complements Brentford’s existing scene whilst drawing locals to enjoy the park, river, and a variety of new, unique offerings.”

Hadley Property Group has employed Haworth Tompkins as the lead architect, McGregor Coxall as the landscape architect and Buro Happold as the sustainability consultant.
