Kew Retail Park has been sold to Berkeley Homes by UK Commercial Property REIT, a subsidiary of Aberdeen Investments.

The firm has sold around five acres comprising 61,765 sq ft of space across five properties (around half the park) for £41 million. The units are let on short leases to a range of tenants including Boots, Sports Direct, Gap, Next and TK Maxx.

The remainder of the site is owned and occupied by Marks and Spencer.

The site was sold to the UK Commercial Property Trust back in 2009 for £31.4m.
