Delegates at the next Oxford Social can hear from some of the county’s top young talent.

WWA associate Kathryn Gundry, winner of the Young Person of the Year award at this year’s OxPropFest Awards, will be joined by Rachel Woodman, senior planner for Bidwells, and Rebecca Bacon, senior planner for Savills, who were both Highly Commended in the category.

They will be joined by Cater Jones associate Ed Lifely who was nominated for RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Awards last year.

They will be asked to look ahead and discuss the key drivers that will be behind the Oxfordshire property market in 2022.

UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle, will host the event at the Oxford Retreat pub in the centre of the city, an easy walk from the station.

He said: “Many of us in the property world have been around a long time so it will be great to give our guests the thoughts of the next generation.

“These speakers are among the most talented in the county so we think the event is going to be a very interesting occasion.”

The event is on Tuesday, February 8 from 5.30pm – 8pm. It will take place as a webinar if Covid restrictions prevent it going ahead.
