Following a surge in demand for larger houses since lockdown began to ease, Hill and Marshall have since revealed their larger homes in the Marleigh development.

A collection of 47 three-to-five-bedroom houses, with flexible living spaces and private gardens, have been unveiled, with purchasers able to view the new homes from July 17. The properties overlook Gregory Park, a pond and a children’s play area

The new school associated with the development, Marleigh Primary Academy, is set to open in September 2022, with space for 420 children throughout the nursery and primary school.

Rebecca Littler, Group Sales and Marketing Director said “We are excited to unveil the next chapter in Marleigh’s story. This exclusive new collection of contemporary homes is ideally positioned on the outskirts of the picturesque Cambridge city centre and will provide well-designed, flexible homes for couples and families to thrive. Marleigh is on track to become one of Cambridge’s best destinations, with a market square, park and walking trails sure to tick many boxes for buyers. For what is sure to be a hotly anticipated launch, we invite potential purchasers to book a viewing and discover all that Marleigh has to offer for themselves.”

The development borders fields, and when complete the ‘new town’ will be complete with a market square, school, sports facilities and a park, with good links to Cambridge itself.

New cycling routes have also been created with the development, with Cambridge North Station also nearby, and bus services making the development ideal for the commuter too.
