Housebuilder Hill Group has expanded to a new regional office at Abingdon.

The group opened its first Western region operation 15 years ago at Bicester but has outgrown it.

The new 4,500 sq ft open plan office is seen as essential to the firm’s plan to double turnover in the next five years.

Regional director Ryan Harris (pictured left along with Greg Hill) said: “This move solidifies our strength and presence within Oxfordshire as we continue to add land led contracting opportunities to our pipeline.

“We have seen exciting growth over the past few years and with high levels of demand for our new homes, we are well on track to reach our ambitious five-year strategy of doubling turnover and profitability in the period to 2025.”

“Our new office in Abingdon provides additional workspace and flexibility, and we are now looking to recruit locally based staff to help further our growth.

“We are immediately seeking a land manager, quantity surveyors, technical co-ordinators and a variety of production-based staff to facilitate this growth together with management trainees.”
