La Salle Investment Management, on behalf of the Coal Pension Properties, has been granted prior approval to convert offices at Eagle Point, Ruislip, to housing.

The application to Hillingdon Council will provide 15 residential units (three 0ne-person studios; six one-bedroom/two-person and six two-bedroom/four person units).

A total of 39 car parking spaces would be provided. The spaces will be within the existing surfaced parking areas which serves the existing building. Facilities for the secure storage of 21 cycles would also be provided within the existing surfaced parking areas.

The approval adds to the growing number of converted offices in the borough of Hillingdon.
