Indigo Networks takes expanded lease at Green Park

Indigo Networks, a specialist utility asset adoption provider, has expanded its presence at Green Park, the Thames Valley business park owned by Mapletree Investments.

The company has signed a new lease at 100 Brook Drive, taking larger and more purpose-configured space.

Already established at Green Park, Indigo Networks has chosen a move to a new headquarters befitting the scale and profile of the business today. The new office has been designed to welcome customers, engage partners and attract new talent.

The UK’s transition to net zero, rapid expansion of EV infrastructure and sustained investment across electricity, water and gas networks, are driving significant demand for experienced, trusted utility asset adoption partners, making the timing of the expansion key for Indigo Networks.

As one of Green Park’s largest multi-let buildings, 100 Brook Drive is home to a community of fast-growth tech and professional services occupiers. Green Park’s position within the Thames Valley, combined with excellent connectivity via the M4 corridor, makes it a natural home for a business with Indigo Networks’ national reach and customer base.
