Jansons Property has acquired a 60,000 sq ft scheme of small industrial units in Wycombe.
Wycombe Works in Utah Way, due for completion in the second half of 2026, will offer units ranging from 2,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft. Jansons expects interest from occupiers in West London seeking lower rents.
The scheme is close to Berkeley Homes’ Abbey Barn Park residential development of one and two bedroom apartments and three, four and five bedroom houses, and is close to a 34-acre country park. It is a five minute drive to J4 of the M40
