Developer and investor Belltone has secured detailed planning consent for Midpoint Berkshire, a 172,000 sq ft industrial and logistics development in Aldermaston.
The West Berkshire site, close to the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE), will accommodate 11 industrial units ranging from 7,960 to 31,830 sq ft, available for either sale or lease. Each unit boasts dedicated servicing and parking, open-plan storage and bespoke Grade A first-floor offices.
The first units will be available for occupation from mid-Summer 2026.
Belltone says the scheme combines exceptional build quality with landscaped grounds and targets BREEAM Excellent and EPC A.
Belltone founder Tim Rowe said: “Midpoint Berkshire offers forward-thinking logistics, industrial and hi-tech manufacturing businesses everything they need – from high specification warehouse space to dedicated parking and secure gated yards.
“In a rare opportunity, we will be offering occupiers the option to purchase units, in addition to the usual leasing arrangements, in one of the UK’s most connected commercial hubs.”
Units will feature solar panels, EV charging points and comfort cooling systems.
Key transport connections include Reading, Newbury, and Basingstoke.
Neil Seager at Haslams Surveyors and Bridget Outtrim at Savills are joint agents.
