The Oxford Science Park (TOSP) has appointed Jitesh Patel to the new role of development manager.

Mr Patel will help deliver the park’s accelerated development schedule, driven by last year’s announcement of a strategic partnership between park owner Magdalen College and GIC.

He joins from Kajima Partnerships where he worked on major development projects including health care centres and housing. He has an MSc in Facilities Management and BSc in Building Surveying.

Rory Maw, chief executive of TOSP, said, “We are delighted to appoint Jitesh to the new role of development manager as the park continues to evolve. His expertise in leading complex construction and property development projects make him the ideal addition to our enlarged team.”

The park has 23 acres of development land which can accommodate up to half a million sq ft of new space.
