Masterplanning and urban design associate at multi-disciplinary practice and Thames Tap partner West Waddy Archadia (WWA) Johnathan Headland has been promoted to shareholder director.
Over eight years working for major housebuilders he has gathered a deep understanding of development economics. He joined the Oxford office of WWA in 2018.
Philip Waddy, managing director of WWA Studios, said: “Johnathan has a wealth of experience in delivering residential and mixed-use schemes from feasibility studies through to consented projects of up to 1,500 dwellings.
“As a director of our growing business Johnathan offers pragmatic and imaginative thinking that draws on the best of our in-house design and planning expertise to deliver our projects on time and on budget.”
