Korol purchased Mansel Court from the Carbon Neutral Real Estate Fund in August 2023.
Mansel Court is a highly sustainable building initially refurbished in 2013 to a high specification, including EPC B and BREEAM Excellent.
Korol intends to undertake a set of target improvements in Q1 2024 across the building to ensure our current customers’ needs are met and to attract the next generation of businesses looking for best-in-class space in South West London.
This will include a remodelled reception, improved end-of-journey facilities and new outdoor amenities. With sustainability at its core and to target EPC A and Net Zero Carbon, a full decarbonisation programme will also be carried out to transform the building into a fully electric asset, including replacing existing gas boilers, installing photovoltaic roof panels and implementing a material circularity strategy.
The 26,000 sq ft office is currently in development.
